house 07/22/2025 - 119th Congress
We are working to modernize the process for obtaining and renewing restricted commercial driver's licenses for farm-related service workers by allowing states to offer online registration and renewals. This will also clarify that farm equipment used in agriculture is not subject to certain commercial vehicle regulations, making it easier for farmers and workers to comply with the law.
