house 04/07/2025 - 119th Congress
We are proposing the Trade Review Act of 2025 to ensure transparency and accountability in the imposition of trade duties. This legislation requires Congress to be notified and given an opportunity to review any new or increased duties within 48 hours, allowing these duties to remain effective only for 60 days without further Congressional approval.
